Shipping charges on our products shall be mentioned at the time of checkout. Shipping charges are based on the volumetric weight of the product, volume after packing, and the destination of delivery.
If a customer cancels an order before the order has been shipped, Pattu Vastra may accept the order cancellation and refund the amount to the buyer within a reasonable period. In such cases, the order amount will be refunded but with any transaction fee charged by the Bank deducted. Please note that Pattu Vastra may not be able to cancel orders that are already shipped or in transit.
